Bob Moncrieff
CEO
Bob is a co-founder of DBI Network, and leads consulting operations. He brings over 25 years of line management and international management consulting experience across a range of industries including, retail and consumer, high tech, software and medical technologies. He focuses on global operations, supply chain, customer service, product development, international growth and business expansion. Most recently he was a senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, leading their US Retail and Consumer Advisory Practice after their acquisition of PRTM, where Bob had been a senior partner and member of the leadership team.



Dag Lee
Chairman
Dag is Chairman of Nile and a co-founder of DBI Network. He has over 20 years of international company leadership experience within the retail, service chains, real estate, healthcare, health and fitness, finance, digital, and private equity industries. His key focus areas include business strategy, general management, corporate finance, and business development. Whether as Chairman, CEO, President or advisor, Dag’s deep practical expertise has brought uninterrupted business success for the companies he has led. He is based in Edinburgh & London, United Kingdom



Merrill Weingrod
Vice President
Merrill is President and Chief Executive Officer of China Strategies/CSSL Group, a China-business consulting firm. He founded China Strategies in 2001 to assist US clients entering, operating and investing in China. A recognized expert on foreign-business-in China, Merrill focuses on sourcing, supply chain operations, product development, market launch and acquisition practices leveraging Asia market based advantages. Prior to China Strategies, Merrill built and ran a global soft goods company leveraging China-based operations.



Bill Helming
Vice President
Bill has 30 years management consulting in Life sciences and High Technology in technology transfer, new product introduction, and supply chain management, across biologics, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices around the globe. He works with innovative companies at all stages of maturity, from first-revenue products, to global new product introductions, to product life-cycle management, to mergers and acquisitions, and global expansion. Previously, Bill led the Life Sciences Practice at PRTM in Waltham, MA, and established PRTM’s Public Health Practice in Washington, DC.



Brad Householder
Vice President
Brad is a recognized thought leader in supply chain and operations management. Known for his ability to connect strategic thinking with the technical foundations and technological enablement of operations management, Brad has been a pioneer in developing and implementing innovative supply chain strategies and solutions across a wide range of industries and organizations, including high tech, industrial manufacturing, chemicals, petroleum, and defense. Brad was a key contributor to the critically acclaimed book, Strategic Supply Chain Management: The 5 Disciplines for Top Performance, and has been actively involved in the advancement of supply chain management practices as a long-time member of the APICS and Supply Chain Council Boards of Directors.



Conrad Heilman
Vice President
Conrad, a Ph.D. scientist, has over 30 years’ of broad experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. In the past 20 years, Conrad has consulted to industry leaders in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, spanning small molecule products, vaccines, naturally occurring protein based products, biotechnology products including monoclonal antibodies, gene therapy and recombinant protein therapeutics. Conrad’s consulting background includes 7 years as CEO of Tunnell Consulting and focused on strategy, operational improvement, quality and regulatory compliance.
